Christine Solomon was born in Egypt and raised in Montreal from age 7; she is a famous and beautiful Canadian Egyptian actress.  She is also of Lebanese and Syrian descent.  She has performed in a wide range of productions across Canada, United States and Egypt.

During her childhood years, Christine began performing on stage at the age of 5. She started training in gymnastics at the age of 8 and thrived from the very beginning until the age of 12. 

At the age of 13, Christine won several competitions among them are at The International Modeling and Talent Association (IMTA) and Model Search America.

Christine started working professionally as an actress at the age of 19 when she met Roberto Izzy; formally known for introducing La Lambada to Canada in the early 90’s. She began touring with his troop portraying different characters on stage. 

Christine Solomon finally got her first big break at The Cairo International Film Festival 2006 where she met several directors and agreed to act in two films Balad Al Banat (voice over) and Basra.

In Basra, Christine plays Bouthina “Femme Fatale” in a love triangle between Bassem Samra and Yara Goubran. In order to win her ex-love’s heart back, she tries different tactics including dating his best friend.

Her next film Heliopolis (2009), directed by Ahmad Abdalla, Solomon plays an obnoxious gothic girl that finds herself stuck in a Heliopolis hotel.  

In addition to her theatre degree, Christine has also obtained training at the John Strasberg Studios, at the Arthur Murray Dance School, the Groundlings and at the Debbie Reynolds Studios. She has been previously trained by Robert Miano, a well-established actor and coach in Hollywood; who has worked with Al Pacino, Johnny Depp and Burt Reynolds.

Christine shows a strong support for the Breast Cancer Foundation and Make Poverty History. She has already performed at several benefit concerts which helps raise money for Cancer Research.

Christine chooses to pursue her dream as a working actor. She explains, "I don't believe in giving up; if we give up too quickly, we'll never find out how close we were to reaching our dreams". A passionate theory to live by.
